At Manly Mo-Jo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition that you received it
Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of grooming products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
